How to drink a gallon of water in one day!
It's only 8 easy steps:
- Drink 20 ounces of water immediately after getting out of bed. Keep a 20 ounce of glass of water by the bed so you can drink it immediately after waking up. You can also fill the glass with half crushed ice and half water so that it melts overnight and the water isn't warm in the morning.
- Drink 12 ounces of water 30 min after breakfast
- Drink 16 ounces 2 hours before lunch
4. Drink 16 ounces 30 min after lunch
5. Drink 16 ounces 2 hours later.
Congratulations! You made it over 1/2 way to drinking a gallon of water!
6. Drink 16 ounces 2 hours before dinner
7. Drink 20 ounces 30 min. after dinner
8. Drink 12 ounces 2 hours before you go to bed. This will keep you from having to go to the bathroom all night long.
If you're not one of those people that stick to a schedule very well just to sip the gallon of water
down all day. Avoid drinking any beverage while eating, as well as 30
min. before and after your meal, otherwise your body won't be able to
absorb all the nutrients from your meal properly. Now you have a
